3. Payments

All payments for our services and programs must be made in advance through approved payment gateways such as UPI, debit/credit cards, or bank transfer. Bio-Bramha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not store any card or payment data on its servers.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

All refund and cancellation requests will be processed as per our official Refund Policy. Once confirmed, cancellations cannot be made by the participant. Refunds will only be issued if a session is cancelled by Bio-Bramha due to technical or operational reasons. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification and approval.

5. Return Policy

Bio-Bramha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not sell physical products. Hence, there are no returns or exchanges applicable. This clause is retained only for legal completeness and applies solely to any exceptional case where physical materials are shipped (e.g., training kits). In such cases, return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the shipment, and Bio-Bramha reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, including text, images, videos, training materials, and digital assets, is the property of Bio-Bramha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bio-Bramha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Participants are responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity and device compatibility for online sessions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hubballi, Karnataka.
