3. Payments
All payments for Bio-Bramha products or services must be made in advance via approved payment gateways such as UPI, debit/credit cards, or bank transfer. Bio-Bramha does not store payment card details. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
All refund and cancellation requests will be processed as per our official Refund Policy. Once confirmed, cancellations may not always be reversible depending on the nature of the service. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days post the inspection report generation for the returned stock.
5. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. Bio-Bramha reserves the right to inspect the returned goods before approving a refund or replacement.
