Refund & Cancellation Policy
Bio-Bramha Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. Applicability
This policy applies to all digital services, masterclasses, online training programs, and agricultural advisory sessions offered by Bio-Bramha Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only if a session, webinar, or service is cancelled by Bio-Bramha due to technical or scheduling reasons.
- If a participant is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their registration to a future session at the discretion of Bio-Bramha.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days after internal verification and approval.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or dissatisfaction after the session has been completed.
3. Cancellations
- Once a booking for a masterclass or advisory session is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the participant.
- Participants may request rescheduling only in exceptional cases, subject to Bio-Bramha’s discretion and availability.
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be sent via email to info@biobramha.online with payment details.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds will be provided for failure to attend a session due to internet connectivity, personal commitments, or other user-side issues.
- Refunds are not applicable for downloadable materials, digital content, or recordings shared post-session.
- Any service availed under a special offer, discount, or bundle pricing will be considered non-refundable.
